Donations instead of flowers can be a very meaningful and lasting way to keep the memory of a loved one alive.
Asking friends, colleagues and family to donate to Hope and Aid Direct means your loved one's memory will live on, not only in the hearts of those friends, colleagues and family, but also in the hearts of the poor and destitute refugees in places such as Kosovo where we take a convoy of essential humanitarian aid twice a year.
Please don't forget to ask each of the people donating to also complete a GIFT AID form so the charity can claim back the tax that will have been paid on the money used for the donation. This currently adds over 25% to the value of the donation.
Charities like Hope and Aid Direct cannot change governments or stop wars and disasters, but they do make a world of difference for many individuals and families.
